Traveler, Writer, Foodie,
I travel the way I live: thoughtfully, quickly, and with a plan, knowing full well that plans are only a starting point.
Most of my travels are with my family, sometimes joined by my mother. We don’t linger long in one place. We move swiftly, choosing packed, well-researched itineraries that let us experience as much as we can, knowing we can always come back.
I believe in hyper-planned travel, not to control the experience, but to free it. The research is done in advance so that once we arrive, we can pay attention: to food, to context, to small moments that don’t make it into guidebooks.
This isn’t a guide to doing travel “right.” It’s a collection of stories, observations, and essays from the road, grounded in the belief that travel, like life, is a beautiful balancing act.
